  • If you don't have insurance, our discounted cash price for COVID-19 testing is $51.

Your Bill

You may receive multiple bills from Loma Linda University Health. For services in one of our hospitals, you will receive a statement of all hospital services while in our care. Your physician’s charges will be sent to you in a separate statement.

Insurances Accepted and General insurance Questions

Loma Linda University Health has contracts with many insurance companies and accepts most state and federal funding including Medicare and Medi-Cal. If you have questions about specific health insurance programs or coverage issues, please call one of our patient service representatives.

Financial Assistance

A financial counselor is available in the Patient Access Office to assist patients who are unable to pay their estimated liability prior to treatments or who have large outstanding balances. This assistance includes linking patients to available funding sources such as State Medical Assistance programs or by assisting with the Financial Assistance program. Unless otherwise indicated, the Loma Linda University Health (LLUH) Charity Care/Discount Payment Policy only applies to services provided by a LLUH hospital. Any services provided by other entities participating in your care are not covered by this Policy. This includes physicians, ambulance companies or other providers that bill separately for their services.
