During Care

If you are a patient in our hospital or you are the advocate for a patient and you have concerns about the care that is being given we encourage you to:

  • Notify your nurse you would like to see the charge nurse.
  • If you are not satisfied ask to speak with the director of the department.
  • If you would like further resolution please call our patient relations representative Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
  • Contact the charge nurse by calling the operator during all other hours and on weekends.

After Discharge

If you or your loved one is unhappy with the care provided, please notify our patient relations department by calling 951-290-4000.  You may have to leave a voice message but your call will be returned within 24 hours (Business Days) and a formal process will be started. We want our patients and their loved ones to know we value your input and feedback on the care received.
