Our program strives to provide excellent medical education and training while promoting personal wellness. We support our residents professionally, physically, and spiritually, upholding Loma Linda University Health's commitment to whole-person care.
Activities
As a community, our residents engage in many regular extracurricular activities that help develop and foster lifelong friendships and camaraderie. Our unique location in southern Riverside County allows for many opportunities to get out and enjoy nature.
We also have residency-sponsored events, such as our annual holiday party, resident retreat, and graduation. Between activities initiated by individuals and our events organized by the designated activities chair, there is always something going on outside of work. Activities include:
- Potlucks
- Movie nights
- Community tennis / volleyball games
- Bible study (every other Thursday evening)
- Group hikes in San Bernardino National Forest
- Birthday celebrations
- Dinner nights in Old Town Temecula
