Jonathan Jean-Marie has served as an Administrator for Loma Linda University Health for over six years, most recently serving as senior vice president and administrator of Loma Linda University Medical Center - East Campus & Loma Linda University Surgical Hospital. During his tenure, both facilities received awards for patient safety and satisfaction. He holds a Master's of Health Administration from Florida A&M University. 

Jonathan's goal is to strengthen and expand the excellent work that happens there every day. He is committed to working with our teams, physicians, and community leaders to provide exceptional, patient-focused care to every resident in the Southwest Riverside Region

Denise Robinson, DNP, MPH, BSN, RN, WOCN, is an experienced nurse executive with over 20 years of nursing experience.  She served as Chief Nursing Officer at Loma Linda University Medical Center from 2018 through 2020. Denise is now a Coldiron Follow in the Marian K. Shaughnessy Senior Nurse Executive Leadership Academy.

Denise's dedication to nursing excellence is evident through multiple successful Magnet designations and re-designations including the first virtual site visit in the United States in June 2020 at Loma Linda University Medical Center. Dr. Robinson continues to lead by example and is a role model for aspiring nurse leaders.

Rene Tovar has been with Loma Linda Health for 5 years. He serves as the Associate Administrator- Hospital Operations for the Murrieta Campus. Mr. Tovar has been in healthcare for over 25 years. He holds a Master’s degree in Leadership and Hospital Administration. 

Steven Brooks is a healthcare finance professional who helps operational leaders and executives to understand the economics of their business and identify opportunities for financial improvement, operational effectiveness, and strategic positioning.

Steven has worked at Loma Linda University Health for over a decade with experience across several hospitals and service lines. After joining Loma Linda University Health’s leadership development program, Steven earned his license as a CPA and later received his MBA from the Drucker School at Claremont

Graduate University. He has worked at the LLUMC-Murrieta campus since 2021.

Steven enjoys spending time with his wife Caitlin and two children.

Kristin Butler has been a dedicated member of the Loma Linda University Medical Center Murrieta team for over 15 years and currently serves as the Assistant Vice President of Patient Care Services at the Murrieta campus. With more than 25 years of healthcare experience, she brings strong clinical expertise and leadership. Kristin holds a Master’s degree in Leadership and Management. She began in the Emergency Department as a charge nurse and has helped cultivate a culture of trust, integrity, and teamwork. She is committed to developing nurses and strengthening mentorship and succession planning.

As a wartime veteran, Andre began his healthcare career serving in the United States Navy, where he developed a strong foundation in service and leadership.

Andre brings more than 28 years of healthcare experience spanning clinical support and executive leadership roles. He has worked in various healthcare systems throughout California. He holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration and is currently working on his dissertation for a Doctorate in Healthcare Administration.

Throughout his career, Andre has developed a deep passion for team development, operational excellence, and the delivery of high-quality patient care.
